Make-A- Wish....

Tomorrow morning I have a "team" of 5 from my office competeing in the Make-A-Wish "Wishbone Games" at Medevial Times....There are 39 teams from companies all over the Orlando area thay will compete in "non-atheletic cpmpetitions" to raise money for Make-A-Wish.... Each team will have thier own cherring section as well as a Wish Kid Captain....

I wonder what kinds of silly, goofy things they are gonna have us do? This should be a hoot!

Tell me, what ever happened to Derrick? (I'm almost afraid to ask. ) I remember how kind you were to him, it always warmed my heart to read your posts about him.

Snoopy...as far as I know he is fine. They have gone back to Louisianna and the foundation in Memphis is no longer in contact with them. Once the childs wish is fulfilled we are pretty much done.

I kept in touch as long as I could. I think I would know or someone would have told me if he wasn't just fine...

Oh, that makes me happy, Tony. I sincerely hope all is well with him. I bet he will never forget you.

Make A Wish has always been my favorite charity to donate to. Some years have been lean for us financially, but I always make sure I give them something, even if its just a little. Good for you that you are still so involved with this charity and have given them so much of your time.

Have fun--it's a wonderful thing you are doing.

When we cruised this summer, we were seated at dinners with a teenage girl who was there because of Make-a-Wish. We got their e-mail address, but have been unable to get a reply. I hope and pray everything's okay with her.
