Make a Wish trip - can you help me find info?

Hi!

My family is going on a MAW trip in April. My DH's cousin's son is beating cancer, and will be finished all his treatments!! This is to be a celebration trip!!

Cousin and family are staying at Give Kids the World Village, and I think we are going to stay somewhere on Disney property. Has anyone ever meshed a trip like this? I would love to know how to prepare them for their part of the trip - they are just sooooo busy with 5 kids and their son's treatments/therapies.

How do meals work? do they make ressies for you? are the passes hoppers? should they plan a lot of time to be a the viillate????? I NEED HELP!!!

I'm not really sure how they handle meals in general but my neighbor took her DD through MAW several years ago and she said they didn't schedule any character meals I'm not sure if they just give you a set amount of money to cover meals or what, but my best guess is they don't make any ressies at all
