Make a wish for adults?

Are any of you aware of any sort of "Make a Wish" type organizations for adults?

I don't have any information about wishes for adults but maybe you could try ringing your closest make a wish foundation and ask if they know of anything. '

I do hope you are able to find someone to help.

I just did a quick google and Dream foundation came up as an organisation that provides wishes for adults. Might be worth having a look.
I'm an aussie so not familiar with US organisations but hopefully someone will come along with some useful information soon.

Try the Granted Wish Foundation.

My sister (47) was recently granted a wish. She was a fan of All My Children and they granted my sister her wish (we asked for her because this is what she was passionate about).

They were flying two people to CA. Two night stay, rental car, watch a taping of the show and meet Susan Lucci.

Unfortunately my dad was dying and the trip was postponed and then my sister got too sick and she passed away and was never able to go. We were ready with airline tickets, confirmations, etc. When she could not go, they had 3 Broadway tickets to Mary Poppins for us but like I said, she was too sick. They did mail us a T shirt with Pine Valley on it and an autograph picture of Susan Lucci.

It took some work but we did it (we had to get some reference letters, letters from doctor, etc. Not everyone gets picked - they meet and evaluate everything. We had my dad dying and my mom sick with breast cancer and also had open heart surgery at the end before both passing).

Give it a try - you never know.
