Make a wish for adults?

Hello everyone.
My name is Beth, not sure if this is the right place for what I'am looking for? I was told they do make a wish for terminal adults? I'am a 52 yr old female, who was diagnosed with agressive parkinson's almost 3 yrs ago. I know there are place's that help children.. Someone mentioned maybe there was a place for adults? My husband passed away 4yrs ago, and I lost my medical. What I was wondering if anyone out there knew of any foundation that might help me? Thanks and God bless, Beth
