Make a wish for Adults?

My mom has been given less then a year to live. Today somebody from hospice came in and asked her to make 2 wishes and they will grant one of them. Of course her #1 wish was to go back to disney with her family. The lady from hospice took down dates, asked her who she wanted to include and said they all had to sign the paper before she submits it. She said not to worry because NOBODY has even been turned down. Has anyone else gone through this before? And if so, what did it include?
