MAJOR ticket ? !!! Please help

Trying to find out if the tickets you get when you get 10 day park hopper no expiration have your name on it? What happens if we use 3 days then try to use the others later? Do we waste time (and make the people behind us MAD) while we try to figure out who's ticket is who's? Or will the cm help us in? We will have 5 adults and 1 child. I know which one is the child's, but have no clue as to who is to use the others. And to make matters worse, 2 people WON'T be with us when we go back!!! HELP!!!! Please let me know whatever you know!!! If my DH takes my DS to MGM and my sis and I take DS to MK and we grab the wrong tickets are we stuck!!?? Just trying to cover all the bases with these tickets!!!!

Write your name on the back of the ticket, somewhere away from the stripe.

Sorry I was not real clear. Do they have a way of telling me who's is who's? We went several months ago with a group and no one thought about putting our name on the tickets. Sorry. I was wondering if there was a way to find out which one was mine, etc? And do we have to hold up all lines because we did not do this earlier.

Nope.

Reading your signature though, you have a 50/50 chance with each ticket.

Two adults, and two children... 50/50 shot with each set of tickets. lol.... Thats why all ticket media needs to be signed, or at least have the first name of each guest on it anymore. It's not to compare signatures really ( just an added bonus if your ticket tags dont work ) - it's so that you know who's is who's.

Actually it is 3 adult tix and 1 child's. When we went the last time we took my 15 year old sister.

Sign them. Each ticket is now assigned to you by that scan thing they do. It's frustrating but it is their way to make sure people aren't sharing tickets. They are being sticklers about it from what I saw in March.

The finger scan thing is not accurate though. This past Sept my son and ex (don't ask why he was on the trip) decided to try it. At Epcot they switched room keys and both got through with no problem. The next day they did it again at MK and again got through with no problem. The days before and after they used their own tickets. Their hands (fingers) are no way near shaped the same. My ex has short stubby fingers while my son has very long fingers.

If your tickets were all purchased together then they should be coded as a group. The finger scan info should be saved as a group. When you swipe one card it doesn't pull up that individual finger scan, it pulls up the group and searches within the group for the finger scan. So if you and your DH swap cards (as mentioned in the post above) then it shouldn't matter b/c both of your fingerscans can be found within that group.

We asked about this when we were travelling with my parents and didn't think to sign cards. There were days where they didn't go to the parks but we did. I was worried we'd be stranded outside the park while they were at the movies or something but the CM at guest services assured us that that wasn't the case and that even if our tickets ran out and we returned with theirs, they would still work for us b/c everything is coded as a group.

Great info about the group purchase. My DH and I purchased tickets for all of our family last year for the holidays. We have one SIL who may not be going with us in the future. This means that we may be able to use that card! Thanks...
