Is anyone else having trouble registering? It keeps telling me I'm not entering a valid zip code.

I had the same problem. Maybe it has something to do with zip codes that begin with "0" (I'm in NJ too). Fortunately, it took my DVC username and password.

For the poster that didn't see what the big deal with the 50th anniv. was, you must we walking through the parks with your eyes and ears closed - did you not notice the castle, Cindy's celebration, MGM's stunt cars, soarin, etc. etc. etc.

I think you're referring to what I wrote. I haven't quite learned how to walk with my eyes and ears closed just yet, so it defintiely wasn't that.

I DON'T see what the big deal about that celebration was. I know there was a celebration, but the only place I really saw it was on the posters that said "Happiest Celebration on Earth", and the crowds in the parks, and obviously the castle looked gorgeous (incidentally, will WDW reverting the castle to it's original form after the 50th is over)?
But your point about the new attractions makes me feel as though you didn't thouroughly read my post or maybe I wasn't clear, because, while they INTRODUCED these attractions to PROMOTE the Happiest Celebration on Earth, they weren't the actual celebration itself. I did notice all those things, but, like I had said in that prior post, it's not like those things are leaving the park when that celebration ends, they'll still be there long after this celebration ends. That was the point I was trying to make.
So, all I was saying was that there wasn't an actual "celebration" that's only temporary and will end when the celebration ends that you HAVE to be there for.
For anyone who wasn't able to go to WDW during the Happiest Celebration on Earth, what did they really miss out on? What won't be there if they go after the celebration is over? It's just a promotion to get Disney to get people to say "Oh my goodness, there's going to be a celebration, we HAVE to go!"
Sorry if you disagree or it that's confusing, just trying to clear up what I was saying and confirm that my eyes and ears, were infact, open.
But please don't get me wrong, I really hope this new promotion is something really exciting that we can all look forward to. Only time will tell. Hopefully, there will be more details released tonight.

Same here! I have been stuck with the page 90% loaded for the past 1/2 hr now!! I even opened a new browser and tried again. Sure enough stuck at 90% again!

How can I install flash8?When I go to the new site for the contest,I can't enter because I don't have flash8.Is there a way to install it without alot of computer stuff (cut and past,etc),I really don't know how to do all of that stuff.Looking for any help.Thanks.

That's what I want to know! Someone said it started at 6pm, so I've been flipping thru the channels and I don't see anything. But I can't think of where I can go to hear what's going on! Maybe online somewhere.

Ok, maybe I'm missing something, but someone mentioned that it was one entry per day. But, I read the official rules and only saw that it was one entry per person/address NOT per day.

Okay...when I go to the link that is in the OP, I can't see the whole screen. I AM able to click on the "enter sweepstakes" button, but all I get after that is Disney's California privacy policies. HELP...am I doing something wrong?
