we are a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids 5,7,9) staying in a room with occupancy for four persons...can all five of us ride the majical express?

Are you serious? This is a bizarre question for your first post.

But in case you are serious....no you won't all be able to ride ME. You have to be a registered hotel guest to ride ME and obviously you are leaving someone in your group off of your reservation so that person won't be able to ride ME. Nor will you be able to take advantage of EMH for the person not on the reservation.

Also if they find out you are purposefully exceeding the room capacity you could be forced to get a second room at rack rate or may be asked to leave the resort. This is not a risk I would be willing to take. You may want to reconsider doing this.

In a word, 'no'. And there will be no way around it. In order to ride on the DME, you must be listed on a resort room reservation. Your group goes over the occupancy limit for a WDW room. If one of the kids had been under 3, then fine. But they aren't even close.
Besides, with your size group, even if you do squeeze into a room, someone is not going to have a room key, which means someone isn't going to be able to participate in the EMHs.

It is against board guidelines to discuss ways to get around Disney policy. Let's keep that in mind.
