Maintenance Fees for DVC

What would be the maintenance fee for 150 pts? I'm trying to figure out if buying DVC is worth it? We go every year to Florida (not necessarily doing the parks, but just to relax) and have stayed at OKW, Caribbean Beach and off-site...like staying on-site better. We spend about $1,000 on the hotel every week. Worth buying or renting? Thanks!

Our maint fees will start in Sept---61.00 per mth, they will go down a little 01/06---if you spend 1k PER WEEK at WDW and you plan on returning every year----it's a no lose situation--
