Hi! I was looking at buying a 160 point contract at vgc and another smaller contract at ssr. It seems like historically the ssr maintenance fees have been kept reasonably low, but vgc have had some relatively larger jumps, especially considering the age of the resort. Does anyone have information as to why vgc has had these jumps? Or us primarily because there are less units and as such less owners to spread the maintenance fee burden on vice ssr which appears to be larger.
Also is there a thread that shows how many Dvc units are at each resort?
