Maintenance dues

Are maintenance dues based on the amount of points you have? If I were to add more points at the different resort would my maintenance dues stay the same or would I have to pay them for that resort also?

The dues are charged "per point". Each resort has a different per point price and you pay each point by it's home resort. I haven't got the actual numbers handy but for an example: You own 200 OKW points and pay $3.50 per point. You add on 100 BWV points. You now pay 200 points at $3.50 and 100 points at $3.75 per point.

Annual dues for 2003 at each resort are as follows...

Old Key West - $3.49
Hilton Head - $3.69
Beach Club Villas - $3.97
Wilderness Lodge - $4.05
Boardwalk Villas - $4.10
Vero Beach - $4.37
