MainStreet Megastore, where's my order??

Has anyone used them before?
I placed an order for the "where the magic lives" DVD 2 weeks ago and when I check the status of the order on the website it says "processing".
I e-mailed them Monday morning concerning my order and haven't recieved a response yet.
This doesn't seem like a great way to do business.
Anyone else have any problems?

While I haven't ordered from them, I've read others make the same complaints. From what I've read it almost seems like they make a monthly MK run to grab everything that people have ordered and only ship once a month.

I PLACE AN ORDER WITH BACK IN NOVEMBER AND DIDNT RECEIVE IT UNTIL MARCH.

I put an order in well before our trip to WDW for an autograph book and a monorail pilot pin. I waited for over a month, and finally after several neglected emails cancelled my order. I was hoping to have the items for our trip, but no such luck.

They are awful. From what I have read on this site, in other peoples posts, it takes months to recieve things from them. I was sad because I wanted to order some stuff from them but decided not to. Check the WDW merchandise line. They can usually find anything in any of the parks for you and ship it to you.

My order took over a month. After e-mailing them, I got my order quickly after.

I'd try to cancel the order. i've read several complaints. Jane from www.giftsofalifetime.com is very reliable. I'd also look into the merchandising phone number from WDW. They'll ship anything -- so you pay park rates plus shipping. They should be relaible, too, I would think.

I have used www.giftsofalifetime.com before, excellent service there.
I am wondering how I missed all the problems people have ahd with main street. Why didn't I ask for anyones thoughts on ordering from them? Would have saved me a lot of hassle.
Oh well live and learn,
I sent another e-mail to cancel my order. See what happens
