I just visited the site for Main Street Megastore for the first time. I have never been there before, but I was surprised to see so much Disney theme park merchandise and other stuff. I have seen this site here and I wanted to find out if others have purchased any items from it.

This oviously is not affiliated with Disney, so I am wondering if the items are brand new, overflow, discontinued and/or secondhand.

It seems to me that most of the merchandise available is extremly overpriced. Especially when you can find it eslewhere.

I'd love to know about anyone's experiences with this site.

The "Disney's Magical Moments Electronic Game" is $35.00 on this site and we paid $13.00 for it at the Orlando Airport. The Polo shirts are at least $15.00 too high. The Tigger stapler is $25.00 at megastore, I paid $12.00 - actually $10.80 with AP discount - for it at WoD in Dec.

I had to go back and check receipts on things that I had purchased. I bought the Cinderella Castle poster at regular retail in a local print shop for $25.00. It was $45 at Mega store. The collectors plates, books, etc. are WAY too high.
