Is it still possible to get an ice cream sandwich made from fresh cookies here?

I think we bought ours at the Sealtest Ice cream parlor and it was the Best Ice Cream Sandwich I have ever had!!!!

The ice cream sandwiches are in the ice cream shop, but that is right next door to the bakery. Wonderful, sinful treats to be had at both shops! And the candy shop further down the street isn't too shabby either, LOL! We love eating our way down Main St! LOL!

If Sleepy Hollow is open, they do the fresh cookie/icream sandwich. I try to get on at leat once a trip (notice I said at least). SH is right when go walk into Liberty Square from MS, on the right hand side.
