Mailing Packages - HELP!

I would like to mail or a box or two down to the Carribean Beach Resort for my vacation next week. Who do I call to get the address for the hotel to mail these boxes to? Tks!

"I sent out package UPS ground (much cheaper) about a week before we were supposed to arrive (we too were arriving on a Saturday). I just put our name and arrival date in the special instruction section on the UPS shipping label and sent it directly to the resort. You can find the exact address here: http://www.wdwig.com/faq_hot.htm - just click on the left side the resort you are staying at and tab to the bottom - the address should be there. It worked out quite well. We just asked for the box when we checked in and they had it right there."

we did this last week--I mailed the box on a Tues (9/23) for a Saturday arrival at the Dolphin. I had no problems at all! I checked in, called the desk, and the package was in my room within 30 minutes

We also did this last year. Sent it on Tuesday regular mail for our arrival on Saturday at the Poly. When we checked in, they said "just a minute" and they came back with our package. They had noted on our reservation when it came in to let us know. We sent down (at that time) diapers, juice, food items, the baby's swim vest and our beach towels. It was a good idea and we'll do it again this year.

I did it the last 2 years, worked great. This year, I found that Fedex was less expensive than UPS or USPS. You'll have a tracking number, so you can check on the package delivery before you arrive. Both times, when I checked in, before I asked about it, the CM read a note on the reservation that there was a package. This year, the note indicated that it was large and heavy so she said Bell Services would deliver it. The package actually beat us to the room (our room wasn't ready when we checked in, so we did some exploring for a couple of hours, and later, we called and got our room number, and when we got to the room, the package was already there).
