Mailing Address for Guest Services?

I had a particularly amazing interaction with a CM at guest services and as a small token of my appreciation, I'd like to send the CM a t-shirt that would have significance to them. Is there a UPS address or a "real" address to send it to to make sure they get the package and that it doesn't get lost in a srt facility?

Not that I know of. If you really want to do something, email guest relations. wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com A copy of your email will go in their file, which is a BIG deal. Also, their Manager will read your email in front of their entire team which is also a big deal. I sent an email to guest services about a CM at CBR that went above and beyond. Our next trip we ran into the same CM and he could not stop thanking us for sending the email.

Totally agree.

Personally,I would pass on sending a gift-Disney discourages giving gifts to the Cast Members.

The email,however,would be MUCH appreciated by the CM!

If they are still doing the GSF cards,the CM will be put in a drawing and could even win a prize on top of the great recognition from their manager.

A note for their file is soooooo much better than a gift. As noted already, Disney frowns on it's CMs accepting gifts from guests. But that complimentary note in their file? Very big deal. That's true at most theme parks...even the Six Flags my dd worked at. All the kids were thrilled if a guest left a complimentary note regarding their behaviour or such!! Got them recognition from their supervisors. Disney CMs that I know also want that recognition!!! Send along a note/email regarding the CM.

I'm going to have to write some e-mails about awesome CMs! I always mean to, and this year, I'm doing it! We have met some extraordinary cast members on every vacation we've taken. We always try to do little things to say thank you, and have even asked managers if we can give a friendship bracelet to a CM. Definitely wouldn't give anything to a CM on a Disney cruise, the paperwork they have to do wouldn't be worth it for them, and bag checkers absolutely won't take anything, now even a thank you note because it could be seen as a bribe.
