Riviera is the nicest resort I've stayed at so far

One of my favorites and one where I own as well. Even the studios seem large and comfortable compared to some other resorts. I have stayed once in a Tower Studio and might do so again, but only if I can get it really cheap. Try the burger in Le Petit Cafe, I think it is one of the best at WDW.

I love Riviera. People downplay the pools, but I loved them. I can sit on the little shelf and relax and my kids can play the games and do the slide. We are all happy. From how some people speak, the skyliner is down a lot and is a hassle, but we haven't had an issue during August trips. Just luck I think. We also love the skyliner and treat it as a semi-ride to enjoy.

Burger at Primo Piatto you mean? La Petit Cafe is the coffee shop off the lobby. I do agree, it is very good.

My current favorite (and the current favorite of everyone else in my family!) -- we own at Poly but when we're ready to buy a second contract, we're going to buy Riv. Just so relaxing.

Do you mean Primo Piatto? The Cafe doesn't have burgers but the QS down by the lawn does.

How does it compare to Dluxe? That is always our favorite especially for the price at WDW.

We enjoyed our stay at Riv last week. Can't beat the access to the skyliner. It was so convenient when I was craving fish and chips, being able to jump on and be in EPCOT in less than 15 minutes. The signature burger at Bar Riva is really good(had it several times at the pool), staff there was awesome also. The staff overall was very friendly. I can understand the lobby comments, it was packed at times. Everything looked and felt new/clean. Personally, as a point miser it is hard to justify the point chart.

The worst part was the bus to Disney Springs, there was obviously people who were parking for free at the garages and using Disney transport. I overhead parents telling their telling their tired kids they were going home once they got their cars at the parking lot.

The burger is good, pricier than Dluxe, but comes with fries included. I am also a fan of Dluxe and enjoy their fries with all the sauces.

I think Dluxe is better but neither are as good as Geyser Point. In my opinion.

If you get fries at Primo Piatto make sure you get the parmesan fries if you like parmesan.

My family loves RIV , they liked VGF but it was too crowded. if you’re tripping over people at the pool and jammed in like sardines, it doesn’t feel any thing like luxury. Kinda like the difference between a Viking and Holland America cruise just having less people per square foot makes it better.
