Mailing a pkg to the Swan

I plan on mailing a styrofoam cooler full of 12 oz bottles of applejuice for DS. It costs a small fortune down there for all the AJ he drinks (he's not a pop drinker) and I figured even with the postal costs I will be ahead. My question is: If I mail the pkg on Monday, and it gets there, say Thursday or Friday, will they hold it for me until our check-in Saturday? Should I mark down our reservation # on the outside of the package?
