We send a box or two everytime we go. Easiest way to ship granola bars and cereal to ourselves.
Use FedEx or UPS. Send the box about 6 business days before you arrive.
The box will be sent to a WDW package tranfer area before being sent to your resort.
You can call the resort about 2 days before you go and tell them a box for you will be arriving shortly.
DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER
On the top of the box:
FROM: Your name (name of reservation) and home address
TO:
The name of the Walt Disney World Resort
Walt Disney World
the Address of the WDW resort
Then on the top of the box, a few lines below the TO:......
Write:
Hold For: Your Name Arrival on: Day of Week and Date (MM/DD/YY)
Also on all the other sides of the box (sides and bottom)
Write:
Hold For: Your Name Arrival on: Day of Week and Date (MM/DD/YY)
Writing your name and arrival date will help the resort locate the box when you arrive. Your box maybe stacked with other boxes. Being able to read your name and arrival date will help the resort CM find your box.
DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER
The Confirmation number contains too much information about yourself for the general public to know. If someone hacks or has access to the WDW database, they may also find your credit card # to use and do other nasty things.
