Mail Order from DLRP - Update

The story so far:

Nov.4th i send an email to the DLRP Mail Order to ask if it would had been possible to have delivered to my address the TINKER BELL CHRISTMAS TREE TOPPER.

Nov. 11th as i have had no reply i send the email again.

After a few hours i get a reply to the first email saying the item is avaliable and to confirm address and CC details to have it delivered with 7 .20 euros P&P . I do asap.

As today nothing has arrived nor my CC billed BUT this afternoon i have got ANOTHER email saying the item is avaliable and to confirm address and send CC details to have it delivered with AT LEAST euros 16.06 P&P (could be more) .

I am astonished and i think i wont reply and see if the Topper arrives and if not well, shame, but i will leave it

unless they are adding 2 toppers in the second email??????? and they are giving it to you slightly cheaper cause you are buying 2 (they thinking the 2nd email = 2 toppers)

- Cheque in Euros made out to Eurodisney Associés SCA

Delivery delay

- 10 days upon confirmation of your order along with the payment

Shipping and handling charges

- Minimum 16.06 euros by Express mail

I can't comment on general mail order but I can say Soraya is awesome when it comes to buying pins.
Pins come what you oredered and at the price set. Postage is a set price and she will always answer any queries
She only answers emails 3/4 days a month. As we buy pins monthly this doesn't matter but it may not work so well for you

I hope you get one. I have one on my tree - just put it up today & it looks great. I bought mine June 07, so if you don't get one sent, they will probably still have them for sale in the parks for a while yet & you can get one next time.
