Hi
I just got my marriage license back yesterday from the Clerk at Brevard and wanted to share my experience as I had to search around a bit to find information, so thought this might be helpful to some of you.
You can download the application form here:

Then I emailed it over to the office, and they e-mailed back our marriage license form and an affidavit.
Both of these we had to sign in front of a Notary Public and have them sign and seal them. (Any UK brides, I found a wonderful Notary in Croydon who was so sweet and helpful, she got married in FL herself which I thought was a great co-incidence. She even showed us her FL license so we know what ours will look like.)
The Notary cost us £75, which is probably less than a cab would have done to the court house from AKL, plus this way we dont lose any of our time in WDW before the wedding.
Once our forms were all notarized we mailed them off to Brevard with copies of our passports, then when they arrived we got a call from the office and paid the fee by credit card.
And less than a week later it was back with us!
Ill admit this process was a little nerve-wracking for me as you can only do it within 60 days of the wedding, and with international post, and worrying that the US/UK legal systems would be wanting different things etc.
But it really was an easy and pleasant process, and as we arent renting a car Id be worrying already about finding the courthouse and that something would have gone wrong there etc.
Hope this helps someone.
