Maho Beach Status?

We're on an Eastern in late February and wondering if Maho Beach in St. Maarten is swimmable again? Does anyone know if there is actually sand leading into the water; or are there large rocks in place?

Sunset Bar & Grill is back and better than ever. They've been posting pictures and video for a while. The beach looks pretty darned good too now, though still not as good as it was at one time.
