Magnolia Bend going under refurb this year?

Looking at POR for standard rooms on Disney's site for this year and can't seem to find one at all available. Is it because the Mansion section is going under refurb or what? Or am I completely wrong on this? I was thinking of maybe requesting the Mansion section but I think all that is available through my TA is the fifth sleeper rooms, which is AB. Just curious?

If you are looking at just what the TA offers that has no bearing on what Disney has available. Certain TA only sell what they’ve been given wholesale or gotten in a packaged deal. There are some that don’t book the entire resort complex
