Magnet?????

Hello! The family and I are headed back for thanksgiving and staying through the first week of Dec at POR. I booked my trip in March of this year. I know SO MANY people going this year, family, friends, neighbors, and everyone else was sent a packet with a magnet detailing their important *dates* for booking dining! fast passes! final payments, etc. I never received anything. No little magic, nothing. I called and the two CM's I spoke to knew nothing. I would be happy with a simple little countdown magnet....please tell me I am not the only one without a magnet from Disney to countdown my trip!
Still doing the happy dance though! Guess I'm headed off to the craft store to construct my own countdown magnet!!

We just received our booklet in the mail... the magnet is at the back of the book we received. It was really cool! It is personalized with our name and the resort we're staying at (CSR).

We registered on the mydisneyexperience website and linked our reservation number to the site. I wonder if this is why we received our book?

Thanks for replying! Everyone I know who is going this year received one. Our neighbors, my mom, my brother, friends. I registered a MDE account and we booked directly through disney in March for our thanksgiving trip. But, we never get pin codes from them either so I guess we aren't on the extra disney magic list!

I received one for each of our stays (Sept, Oct, Dec). It came in the back of a booklet that has information about WDW and also the specific resort you are staying in.

I called Disney and spoke to three people about the mailing. Two didn't know anything about it and told me I would not get a packet until my trip was paid in full! The third told me the packet I was talking about didn't come from reservations, but marketing and only selected people receive it, it's a mystery. Oh well. Maybe not elusive as a pin code, which btw I never receive, but still not for everyone.
