Does anyone know if you can get the same functionality on the apple watch? Or is that only available in Disney World?

If your DisneyAulani.com account is the same email address as your My Disney Experience and your reservation is linked, your bands should work.

Go to DisneyAulani.com, My Aulani, My Aulani Dashboard. If you see your reservation in there, you're good to go. If not, click Add/Search/Link.

I got it to work on all but 1 of the bands. Thank you. For whatever reason, that one won't work

Does anyone know if the front desk will change the pin for you if you forgot? It’s been a couple years since we used our bands.

Never mind! Found a way to change it online

I'm here now and I brought 3 magic bands that have worked for me in the past. Both of my apps are using the same email address because I only have one. None of the 3 bands will open my door, I was very disappointed. Not arguing, just reporting my experience.
