Not the one you were asking but the Valentine's band we were talking about is from Jan/Feb this year so it shouldn't be the battery but I guess it could be the chip itself

Yes, my Valentine band was from Feb this year
DGD's was bought in December
DD's was made in December (she did a custom band at Space gift shop)
Mom's was from April. Used in April, first time.

And yes, they all worked for uplinking of ride photos
