Magicband/FP+ question

If you scan your Magicband for a FP+ window, they don't require your fingerprint or anything to confirm it's you, correct?

I was lucky enough to score FOP FP+ for two days on our upcoming trip (thanks to trolling these boards and finding out when more were released!), but and my parents weren't able to get it at all. Can we "give" them our FP+ for that ride by letting them scan in with our Magicbands? Will there be any issue with this?

Apologies if this is a dumb question. Thanks.

Correct.

You can do that. No issues.

You could do that or you could use the Change Party feature to switch them over. You would just use the mobile site rather than the app.

Can you tell me more about this? I assume I have to be managing their plans on the app in order to do this?

As long as you've entered the park with your parents, it's not an issue. They can't take your bands into the park without you and use them. (I'm 99.99% sure this wasn't what you were asking about, but incase it fell into that .01%)

Yeah, they would use their own tickets (they don't have MBs) to get into the park. I would just let them use ours for that one fastpass.

totally ok. I've done this with a few rides and DS. He loves Primeval Whirl, I won't ride it. So I book us each a FP and he rides once on his band and again on mine. I've also done it for Mission Space when I was all spun out and he wasn't ready to stop riding and on my upcoming trip we have a party of 5, all have FP for ToT but only 2 of us will actually ride it so they'll both get 2 rides out of our set of FP's
