Magical Planner WDW site

Has anyone else had any trouble using the Magical Planner if you aren't the person who set it up? I set ours up for our Family Reunion, but my 2 "test subjects" have had trouble getting it set up right. 1 can't get it to download right at all, and the other was able to get to the site and answer some poll questions once, but hasn't been able to get back. We have emailed the site with questions about it twice, but after 1 1/2 weeks, still no response. How do we all get to the same group? Does anyone know if you have to have your group/trip registered through the phone # first?

Anyone else using it?

I have given up on this. My sister can't download it all. My husband got on, but then I lost all my polls. I thought both my husband and I could log on separately but then everything got jumbled. It tells me there is a new version to download, but when I try to download it nothing happens.
