:teeth: And what did you think of it? What did you like best and least about it?

THanks for any and all input!!!!! :sunny:

It doesn't seem like many have stayed here!?!?!?!? We're looking into staying here or Fantasy Villas. Any info.'s greatly appreciated, I did a search and didn't come up with much!

We actually ended up staying here over Christmas.

We stayed in a 3bdrm/3 bath villa. Master bedroom had a king bed, and bedrooms 1 and 2 both had 2 twin beds each. We were told one would be a queen, but it wasn't, and we didn't want to deal with guest services again.

We booked off of HotelsCorp.com and for 7 nights it was about $1025 total. They sent us instructions on where to check in, as we were supposed to check in at the Westgate Vacation Villas. We get there, and the lady at the front desk at WVV says, "Oh, they weren't supposed to send this to you, only if you were doing a tour here for a cheaper rate there. Here is where you go." We head back east on 192 for about 10 minutes. I tell you the worst thing about this place in FINDING it! We were told it was right behind a 7/11 on Poinciana Blvd. There's the 7/11, there's Poinciana Blvd... where's Magical Memories? There are no condos behind the 7/11, but an OFFICE where you check in. Not even kidding, we spent 10 minutes circling the 7/11 and Poinciana until we finally realized where it was. All I can say is once you see Poinciana and the 7/11 look for the sign that says NAPOLI ITALIAN BUFFET. The little bilboard for Magical Memories Villas, very small, not noticieable unless you REALLY look for it! Don't actually turn on Poinciana Blvd, unless you drive through the 7/11 parking lot and into the Napoli Italian buffet/MMV parking lot.

Next came the checking in part. The lady was very friendly and nice, but got sidetracked.... ALOT! After we give her all of our info, she says that because we are checking in before check-in, she has to call and see if our villa is ready. (It was 1, and check-in was 4) )Apparently, the lady on the other end is her friend, and she wants her to buy a CD for her, if she gets off of work before her. :earseek: EXCUSE ME, I'm trying to check in, I was awake at 4 a.m. headin to the airport, I'm tired, hungry and you're talking about a cd! Give me the keys and send me to my villa! Of course I didn't say this, but just about did. Directions were finally given to us to where our ACTUAL villa was!

Your villa/townhome will be in a subdivision called Lindfield's. In day it's not hard to find, but it's hard to find at night, because the entrance sign is not lit up. Once you enter, don't use the first entrance, there are gates that never unlock, that's where we were told to go, and had to call guest servics on where to go. They just said, keep driving, you'll find your road. Then we finally found where we were suppose to go, and found our villa.

Once we were inside, everything was much better. Other than the guy that was inside switching some of our lightbulbs. :confused3 But he was gone within 2 minutes. Our villa was very clean and spacious! A full kitchen with ALL the utensils and appliances neccesary to live. Breakfast bar had 4 stools. Dining room had 8 seater dining table. Washer and dryer both, and worked very well, we've had some that took about 7 hrs to dry. Each bedroom had a TV with built-in dvd/vhs player. Beds were EXTREMEMLY comfortable!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of pillows, and many extra blankets in the closets. Each bedrm had a closet, and they were all walk-ins, very big! The master and 1st bedroom had batrooms in them. The 3rd bathroom was in the hall. One of the bathrooms had a very nice walk-in shower. The living room had a pull-out sleeper sofa (queen size) and two recliners.

Pool area was small. It was heated, but not much. Whirpool was VERY warm!
Within 5-10 minutes of World Dr. and about 20 minutes to Universal.

Would we stay again? Yes, if we found a good rate during "winter." No if going during summer, pool area has some to be desired, and we love pools.

Best feature: Beds and pull out sleeper sofa.
Worst Feature: Getting there/checking in/finding it

On our last night there, I fell asleep on one of the recliners. I woke up to my mom saying, "Get out NOW" I look and our door is halfway open and there are two guys who look totally lost standing in our doorway. They immed. shut the door. Apparently, when they checked in, guest services gave them keys and directions to our villa! They was a scary experience!

Sorry this is so long, hopefully it was in help to you!!! :teeth:

We rented thorough them in august. We paid the extra $$$ for the executive series and had a 3bdr villa @ Emerald Isle.

We were very pleased. Good location, secured community, very clean unit etc.

Have a great vacation!!!
