Magical Memories Travel??

would love to hear from anyone who has used them. got a quote from them. i was very happy with how detailed the quote was. it seemed really professional and informative. but i've never used a travel agent before for ANY trip. are they reputable? did they save you money? would you recommend them to your friends? would you use them again? why or why not?? i'm nervous about making a decision. any info. would be great!!

Me! I have! I love them! My agent has been FATASTIC! My agent was just out of town for a week but she still took my phone calls and answered my questions while she was at the beach with her family. She has saved me almost $500 for my trip in December! I requested quotes from 4 agencies and had lots of questions in my quote request. She was the only one who answered ALL of my questions rather than just give me a quote with the final numbers. She even thought of possibilities that I hadn't thought of. I loved that it was so detailed!

I highly recommend them! Top notch service, very friendly and knowedgeable and VERY on top of the discounts!

Thank you Wendy! I'm glad you've been happy w/ them so far. I too had many questions in my quote, and they were the only one's who answered ANY of them. But I had never heard much about them, so I was a little worried. There is lots of positive feedback in that link!! That's a good sign. Thank you!!

I am also a happy MMT client! I have booked my last few trips with them and have been very happy each time! They have saved me quite a bit of money, both in my reservations and in long distance charges calling Disney, on each trip. A dream to work with, very friendly and very knowlegeable. They even got us CRT breakfast for our party of 16 on one of our trips! on our first choice day too!
