Magical gatherings

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the Magical gatherings on the disney.com site.
I had it downloaded and have been using it until a couple of weeks ago. It stopped working.
I lost all the info and planning on it. So I went to download it again to start all over and now it wont let me.
Is anyone else incountering this problem?
Is it them or me?

YES!!! Boy, I thought it was just me and my family. I downloaded it, used it a few times, sent invitations to a few family members to try to get it ready for the rest for our family reunion trip. My dad was never able to download it at all. My cousin was, went to the site once and answered the polls I have set up, but then was never able to get back. Shortly after that, everytime I tried to get there, it wouldn't go right. So, I deleted it (or uninstalled, not sure which) and thought I could just download it again. Now, when I try to download it, I get "sorry, a system error was detected, please try again later". That's what my dad got everytime he tried to download it.
We were really hoping to use it, since there may be 78 of my family members on this reunion trip. It would help keep things simpler, and save me some postage!!!

Oh good at least I know it was not me.
I am really dissapointed that it doesnt work. I had it all set up with all my plans and everything. Lost the lot.
oh well just goes to show you should always print it all out also.

Mine works just fine. I don't share mine with anyone per se, just me and DH going in 2006, but it's fun to see our plans in writing somewhere. I just discovered how to add things to my itinerary a few days ago. Now when I book my trip with Dreams, I can tell them of my plans I've already got.

Magical Gatherings sounds like a great idea and lots of fun. However, for those of you doing this, be sure to read the other posts about numerous problems being encountered. Some have had room requests (keeping the family together) ignored or not accomodated because of trouble with the resorts not being able to do blocks of rooms. Others have had last minute cancellations of the special events promised that were not satisfactorily settled. As always, call, call, call again to verify everything is noted and being handled correctly. I only wish I could get my family members on the same page to try this for our trip on February!

We've had a lot of trouble with this too. I think everyone but 3 families have downloaded the planner that are coming to our reunion, but when they re-did the Disney site, I think it affected the planners. My 2 sisters had to totally delete the planner from their computers and re-install it. Also, all of the "favorites" that were on mine were deleted and everytime I try to put them on the planner from the site, it gives the error message. It's getting to be more trouble than it's worth!
