Magical Gatherings Problem

I am wanting to reserve the Peter Pan Fireworks Voyage for a Magical Gathering. I called and got my Magical Gatherings number but was told I could not make a reservation (although I am within 90 days) because the fireworks schedule is not out yet for October. The CM also told me this will book up very fast once it comes available. How can I know when it is available without calling every single day? Any advice?

I guess all you could do is call everyday. Our agent with DU is supposed to try to book this for us in October too. Our 90 day mark starts tomorrow. I suppose they will tell her the same thing.
