Magical Gatherings-advantages?

Hi there! Sorry if this has been asked before. What advantages do you get by doing a Magical Gatherings thing? Is it more expensive? Can you plan a Magical Gathering with just 4 people (2 couples)? Thanks!!!

I would say that you could do much better in getting good deals if you don't go for a package.

Magical Gatherings is just a catchphrase name Disney uses to promote WDW as a good location for going on vacation with your family and friends.

Grand Gatherings, which is what I think you are probably refering to is something Disney offers groups of 8 or more people. They have a number of special events open only to parties that qualify such as a Character Breakfast at Tony's in MK, a Wishes fireworks cruise, a safari and dinner at AK, and a dinner with reserved Illuminations viewing spot - all at an additional cost, naturally

Magical and Grand Gatherings have absolutely nothing to do with <i>any</i> package.

Unfortunately you don't qualify with only 4 people in your party, sorry
