Don't knock it until you have tried it.
By the way, how many more people would use Mears' regular shuttle (yes I have seen lines at their ticket booths and waiting for their buses) if Disney included it complimentarily with each resort reservation instead of offering Magical Express?
>>> You are not supposed to use Magical Express for baggage only.
WHat if some family, seeing the long line waiting for the buses, decides to "give up" and go get a town car? The baggages' whereabouts is now unknown and the baggage will end up being delivered to the resort via Magical Express.
>>> miss not having the grocery stop -- the extra cost of food purchased on-site outweighs ...
Magical Express and ordinary shuttles are not for you and never were for you.
Disney hints:

To me a class A airport has subway or other ground transportation not affected by traffic congestion. A class B airport has public bus (read: cheap) service. A class C airport has only limos and taxis (read: expensive) for ground transportation. Yes you could argue that MCO to Disney is class B- because of the circuitous Lynx bus but anyway any transportation company who is bashing Magical Express for converting MCO from class C to class B is being mighty selfish.
