Disney's Magical Express is for anyone flying into Orlando International and staying at an on-site Disney resort, including the DVC resorts (but not including non-Disney resorts such as SoG, Swan+Dolphin, or the Hotel Plaza properties such as the Hilton or Wyndham). The service starts May 5, 2005, and it's complimentary through at least the end of 2006.
Although this FAQ is written for group meeting attendees, it the same for everyone else (except that when it says "Group Reservation Office," mentally substitute your travel agent or WDW Central Reservations or DVC Member Services or however you booked your stay).
