I received my tags in the mail (weird... my trip is not until july 25th) but that is all I recieved. Two tags in a magical express envelope. Was I supposed to receive anything else? All my flight info was given to magical express.. do I receive a booklet? or a slip to ride the magical express? I am new at this.

Magical Express does not use vouchers anymore. Wear your MagicBands and they will be scanned at the Magical Express Welcome Center a few times before boarding the bus.

Closer to the start of your vacation you should receive a brochure giving some instructions (such as where to find the Magical Express welcoming area).

Anyway, make a photocopy of the two tags you got and also the envelope as proof of having made your DME reservation.

Can I fly in on Sunday or Saturday and spend the night(s) at an airport hotel and then take the Magical Express on Monday morning? That is the day my Disney resort reservations start.

Yes. Just make sure you have a reservation with DME. They might ask for a flight number. You can either make one up, or just tell them about what time you'll be arriving.

I was really curious about this too so I was very interested in seeing this thread. We received our tags a few days ago. But we won`t have any magic bands because we`re in Canada. They don`t ship them in advance. All I have is the luggage tags.

A magic band is not required to use ME, just a Disney hotel reservation. They will confirm your reservation at the ME desk and point you to the bus. Don't worry, all non-Amercans are in the same situation and yet all who want to ride it can, as long as you are staying at a Disney resort.

Can someone tell me where to enter flight information into MDE? I remember doing it for my last trip, but don't see anywhere to enter information on my current trip. Thanks!

EDIT: I'd still like to know if I *should* be able to enter information in MDE. I found the direct link on the disney site to enter the information. I couldn't get chrome to recognize the webpage, but when I went to IE I was able to enter my conf # and flight information to get everything entered. I want to make sure I get luggage tags since we are flying Southwest!

You need to call. They don't seem to have it where you can do it through MDE.

Thanks! That's the link I mentioned. I couldn't get to it from Google for some reason. I had to use IE. I've had that issue before with Disney stuff, not sure why, though. I *thought* I had entered my flight info in MDE for my last trip, but maybe not, I may not be remembering correctly.

I believe we are leaving the same day as you are and we have not gotten ours either. I was going to give it until Monday and then call.

You don't need a magic band, but you do need a DME reservation, not just a Disney hotel reservation. It's actually in DME's contract with MCO that they're not supposed to take walk-ups.

There should have been a one sheet letter in with the tags.
