Magical Express ?

I apologize if this is addressed in one of the stickies but I could not find the answer to this question.

We are a party of 5 staying at Kidani Village. We are coming in on 2 separate flights I was only given one booklet for the Magical express. Should I just photocopy the booklet and give to the other members of our party? How does this work is everything on the Magic Band now so no need for the booklet?

I would call DME and let them know that your guests are on a separate flight. DME may still be able to mail a booklet and luggage tags directly to their home. If not, they should be able to note that in the computer so that they won't have any problems on arrival.

Probably not a bad idea for them to have a copy of your book and any extra luggage tags, just in case.

Happens to us all the time. My dh is always either arriving after me, or leaving before I do. It's never an issue. You can just remove the vouchers for those not traveling with you, get them to them, and then not worry about it. Besides, everything should be on the MBs.
It's never been reported that DME has sent out a second packet to a different address.

Calling DME isn't going to make a difference. They send one packet out...no more. I guess you could try telling them you didn't get it, and could they resend it. But they aren't going to send one to a different address. If you feel more comfortable, just photocopy the voucher page in your packet and send it to them. But, in all reality, all info should be on the MBs. When they scan them at the bus lines, it will show that they have DME reserved and they will be directed to the appropriate bus line.

I see we're going to be there at the same time! Fingers crossed for nice weather!!!

I was on a different flight than my friend in May. I took her voucher out of the book and her tag and mailed them to her. I don't think they will mail them to more than 1 address.

The vouchers are not needed. You can send the other party their yellow luggage tages. Just wear your Magic Bands, they will be scanned at the ME Welcome Center a few times before boarding the buses.

Sorry for the confusion. I had recently made DME reservations for a DVC guest and they had different flight schedules. I was asked by DVC whether it should all be mailed to the same address. I concluded, erroneously it seems, that they could do separate mailings. Mea culpa.

Agree with PPs. No need to call. You can give them their vouchers, but they shouldn't even need them - it should all be on their MBs (assuming they are within the US and will have them shipped ahead of time). The only problem would be if there weren't enough yellow luggage tags.

DME will even still accommodate someone who hasn't pre-booked. We've been at the DME area when people show up clueless and they just have to check-in at the desk, and then they can ride the bus.
