My mother is flying down and meeting us at AKL. She will be using Magical Express to get there from Orlando Airport. Her paperwork arrived today. The luggage tags are red with a Mickey head on them. They don't say anything about Magical Express on them Is that all she needs? She just attaches them to her bags and they know? We have never used Magical Express before.
You have to reserve ME; it is not automatic.
The package will come separately from Magical Express. It is not included in the package from Disney.
She will receive one yellow tag with the name of the resort on it. It is a sticky tag that doubles over, with a bar code on it and it goes on the handle of the luggage.
The package will include a map of how to get to the ME desk, as well as Transportation vouchers to and from the airport.
On the last night of the trip, she will receive a packet on her door with a return trip time to the airport. For domestic flights, it is three hours before your flight time and you are requested to arrive at the bus area about 15 minutes before the bus departs.
She can check her baggage at the RAC desk at AKL, between 5 am and 1 pm, as long as her baggage is checked three hours prior to flight departure time, no less.
