So I'm using Magical Express for the first time and I got my packet.

I only got three luggage tags. Can I call and request additional ones?
 
you have options.: call and ask for another, go to the DME desk upon arrival and give them a description, or do what we do......just cut a tag in half and use it for 2 suitcases.

I cut ours in half too - never had a problem.

I was told by Southwest Air baggage claim the day a flight full of luggage was diverted to TX (we didn't have our bags tagged as I planned on toting the bags ourselves), that the ME folk who scan the luggage will pull out any piece that has even a spec of a yellow sticker on the handle to double check and make sure they're not supposed to send it along.

BTW - even with our missing luggage, and only a description to go by, ME found and sent the bags along. I just didn't appreciate the 3am phone call to let me know they were there. :laughing: I was so happy with the service!

Side note: Lesson learned: always take a pic of our luggage on my phone!
