was this seperate to the 'thank you for submitting your request for disneys magical express' page that you get after you fill the form in. not sure if this is my confirmation, or if its just a request for the ME. what i mean is should i get a printable voucher that i take to the desk

That's the one :) Not sure if you get a vouchers or just turn up at the ME desk at the airport :confused3

When we booked our ME on our last two trips we got vouchers along with all of our other accom and park vouchers.

Just take those with you when you check in at the desk. I normally just keep all my vouchers together in my travel wallet once they come in.

I booked it online and didnt get any reference or anything either, just the e-mail. Which I accidently deleted. Oops!

I assume it will link up anyway and will keep an eye out for the vouchers with the rest of the bits, but if not i'm sure Disney aren't going to leave you stranded at the airport when you could be spending money onsite ;)

I've been wondering the same thing. I booked our holiday through WDWTC, online and then immediately booked the magical express online too, and received the email syaing that the request had been received. BUT I've now received all the holiday info and there is no voucher or any mention of Magical Express. I phoned Disney and asked and they said the online bookings for ME do not match up with the holiday bookings so we'll hear about it separately. I've not received anything else from ME, and I know it said that we wouldn't recieve the booklet, so I'm assuming that that email is all we're going to get. I'm taking a copy with us and just hoping that Disney wouldn't leave us stranded! I really hope it works out though, as I definitely had a voucher last time!

I booked through Complete Orlando and asked for Magical Express and no confirmation or letter received and we leave in 9 days, we have had a letter from complete orlando on paying balance, confirming where staying, confirming what park tickets we want and DDP etc but no magical express paperwork is this normal?

I booked DME online last year (the rest of our holiday was a package with VH) and I got the email saying -

"Thank you for submitting your request for Disney's Magical Express!"

which I printed out and took with me. I showed this at the DME desk at the airport, and we were on a coach within 15 minutes! :thumbsup2

I didn't get any other kind of communication.

Don't worry, they aren't going to leave you stranded!

in previous years we had the vouchers, then an email. Last year we got nothing (if we should have had an email we didn't) Anyway I phoned disney who said not to worry we were on the list and anyway if we arrived and hadn't been when we showed them our connfirmation that we were stopping at Disney it wouldn't have been a problem as they just print your vouchers at MCO.
