magical express with renting points

Hi, I was wondering how this works if I rent points. Does each member in the party get a voucher for magical express? Who sets this up?

DME is available for any onsite guest, no matter how payment is made for the ressie. If you are renting, however, the owner you rent from will have to make those arrangements (and Disney Dining Plan arrangements) for you. Those things have to be done through DVC Member Services and they will only talk to owners.

The member you rent from has to set up Magical Express, as well as Dining Plan options if that's something you're interested in.

I believe the Magical Express packet will go to the address of the party. If there are different addresses there may be more than one packet.
