Magical Express to POR to Epcot - how long?

Just wondering at what time I can expect to be basking in Epcot's glory! Flight arrives at 10:25am. Taking Magical Express to POR, checking in (what do we do with our bags until we get back to the resort that evening?) and taking bus to Epcot. 1pm?

Assuming your room will not be ready at checkin, bell services will store your bags until your return.
1pm should be a safe bet to be at Epcot.
