We are expected to land at exactly 10AM and are sitting in he 3rd row so we should exit the plane quickly. Is it reasonable to think we will be at the Boardwalk by 12-12:30?

I am picking up a rental car at the Dolphin then making a quick run to Super Target in Kissimmee for cases of water, some cereals, and other misc items for our room. We have a FP+ for Soarin at 4:30 and LeCellier ADR for 7.

I think it is.

Have you considered just having the groceries delivered to your room?

Yes we are considering that as well. That would save an hour as well.

I have found that it has been about 70 to 75 minutes from the time I land to the time I am checking into my resort. This gives me time to call the family to let them know I arrived safe (I generally travel solo) go to the bathroom, stop off and get a drink and make my way to the ME area.
If all goes well and you land at 10:00, I would think that you would be at the BWI by around 11:10-11:15

The general rule of thumb is to allow about 90 minutes from when you deplane to when you arrive at your resort (but it can take up to two hours or more). I do think, unless something major happens, that you should be at the BWI by noon as long as you don't delay at MCO.

Great .... Thank you. I have only used DME two times prior and both times I was at the resort (monorail) in under 2 hours. Didn't know the same would carry for Crescent Lake. Some said up to 3 hours which seemed long t me.

Last time I stayed at BWV it was about 90 minutes. We were the last stop of 4 (CBR- YC - BC - BW).

Figure on 90 mins.....it's usually less. I travel to BW a lot a d it's never taken longer than 80 mins.

I would actually go to gardengrocer.com and check it out. Yes, there is a delivery charge, probably around $15, and a top to be added. But.....it's cheaper than renting a car (unless you need one for other stuff) and you aren't taking an hour plus to go to a store, they deliver to your resort. Also......you can get gallons of water pretty cheaply at the Hess station by BW, as well as other food stuffs. It's a quick walk down the front drive, across the street and you're there.
