Magical Express tipping?

For anyone who has previously participated in DME-Who should be tipped throughout the whole process? How would I tip the person who retrieves my checked luggage if I am not in my room when it is delivered? Thanks!

the tip is aready included on the inbound segment. so no tipping is needed for the person that brings your bags to your room.
But now for your return flight out you will need to tip the person who comes to your room to pick up your bags.

Short answer: Disney covers the inbound bell service gratuity for you.
