Magical Express, SW, and Three Checked Bags, Has Anybody Done This??

I'm going to Ft. Wilderness this December, flying and tent camping. I was on a FF Delta ticket, but changed that to SW when a Ding! came up for $75 and change RT. (I can now use the FF ticket to go to Disneyland next May!!)

I can pack what I need to camp in two 50lb containers, 1 roller bag carryon, 1 daypack as my personal carryon, and my ECV (electric scooter, gate checked).

However, SW allows three 50lb bags to be checked and that would alleviate some of the hassle of pulling the rollerbag behind me on the ECV through the airport.

But Magical Express only sends two luggage tags per person.

A friend was originally travelling with me, but won't be now. I'm not going to drop them from the reservation, so I will get four tags, and could then tag my three pieces of luggage, but since I'm the only one getting on the bus, will they leave that third piece of baggage at the airport, or could I mark out their name, and put mine on there and tell the ME folks at the desk I have three pieces.

Has anybody done this??!!!

DME sent me (solo traveler) FOUR luggage tags. So, it could happen to you too. Good luck.
