Magical Express ROCKS!!

Hi all! Just back and I had to come on here and just say how much we loved ME! We arrived at MCO at 2:15 and were checking in at the ME desk by 2:45 after bathroom stops and standing on the moving sidewalks instead of walking! We waited about 10 minutes in line for our bus and then we sat on the bus for about 15 minutes before leaving. We went right to POP. We swtiched to Wilderness lodge unexpectantly (see my resort board post!) and I called ME to change everything and they were extremly helpful and friendly. Then we used the airline check in service at WL for our trip back (we were flying American-one of the approved airlines for this service) and that was easy and quick as well! We just called Bell services and they took our luggae down for us and then at 11 we went down and got our boarding passes and checked in for our flight. The ME bus came EXACTLY at the 4:05 quoted time, we stopped at the Poly and GF and then right to MCO. We only handled out luggage when we left home and checked in curbside at out home airport, we had it in the room with us to unpack and repack and then again when we arrived home last night and lugged it to the car! It was great! We did tip our driver even though he did not handle our luggage, but he did get us to our destination safely and was very prompt. I would use this service again and again and I hope they keep it!!

I have to say, we love the ME service! We got off our plane, made a quick restroom break, and were put right on our bus! POP was the first stop. I think all in all it took 45 min to an hour! They had a information video on the ride there, and cute cartoons for the ride back. We had our luggage delivered in about 3 hours too, better then what I had expected! We were miserable during our stay at POP. Busy, loud, and had a billing issue. Defineatly will pick another place to stay next time. Hope the ME service continues!

They did a great job. We got into Orlando at 3:00. We were in our room at the Contemporary and had our luggage by 5:00. That included checking in and lounging in the room for about half an hour. We opened the door to leave for the Magic Kingdom, and their was the guy with our luggage....just about to knock. I was shocked at how quick we got it.
