Magical Express Review

We took the Magical Express on May 5th. We did not receive our luggage tags. TWe arrived about 20 minutes late because of weather but the airport was easy and well run with plenty of cms. We ran into a small line checking in but it went fast. The CM there was very impressed with me -I took digital pictures of our luggage and printed out copies for them before I left home. We were directed into a line for Fort Wilderness. A few people were waiting and quite a few more arrived after us. We only waited about 5 minutes before being put on a bus. We waited about 10 more minutes on the bus for "a few more people". The bus left and proceded to give us a tour of WDW resorts! We went first to Beach Club and then Yacht Club and then to Boardwalk (where no one got off). Finally, we were on our way to Fort Wilderness where most of the riders were going. It turns out the bus driver wasn't sure where to go. We got there and he had to get the security guard to tell him which way to take the bus. Then he went the wrong way and had to back out. Finally he let us off but could not help when asked where check in was. He said he had never been to Fort Wilderness! It took us over 1 1/2 hours from getting in line for the bus at MCO until getting out at FW. I was nervous because we were supposed to rent a golf cart and the bike barn closed at 6PM (it was 5:45PM) the CM at FW told me "it close at 6 not 6 yet" We had to wait for a van to take us and another ME group (one of whom said she just wanted to go back home) to our cabins. Luckily she first took me to the drop off near the bike barn at which time it started to pour rain. I walked to the bike barn just in time.

Our luggage did not arrive until after 9:30 that night. Our flight had arrived a little before 4 PM.

We decided not to use ME on the way back since it was neither magical or express!
