When is the latest I can add my Magical Express information? We are holding out on flights (hopefully not for too long)..but I dont want to miss my opportunity to take ME.

Also, how can I request more than 1 per traveler luggage tags? We are flying Southwest, so we will be bringing 2 bags each.

We are all flying from different places around the country. i (briefly) looked online where you add in your flight information, it looks like its only possible to add one set of flight information. How do I go about doing this?

We are all flying into MCO, within the same hour. Do we wait for everyone to arrive at the airport and THEN go check into Magical Express? We are all on the same reservation.

Once person in our party is arriving a day later than the rest of us. She is on our reservations for the same amount of nights as we are, even though she is staying one less night. Will it be possible for her to take ME??

Thanks in advance for all your help!

1- After your plane finally lands in Orlando.
You can just go to the counter in MCO.
But, you can call them a day or two in advance, to get them the info before you go.

Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at (866) 599-0951.
They have always been extremely nice and very helpful to me.

2- Call them at the number above.
BUT you don't NEED the yellow tags.
When you reach the DME counter in MCO, just give the CM at the counter
your luggage claim checks and they'll pick up the bags without the tags.
(Copy your claim check numbers to another paper for YOU to keep, just in case.)

3- You CAN, but you don't have to.
As long as everyone has the WDW ressie info with them, each can take a
different bus at a different time.

4- See #3.

Have a magical trip!!!

1. Be sure you have a DME reservation booked! They don't 'have' to have the exact flight info. As long as they have all the names on the reservation, you'll be fine. Because they routinely send out the packets 4-5 weeks before departure, you should try to give them the flight info at least 2 weeks before hand...that way they can make the changes in your itinerary.

2.As long as all of the people using DME are listed on your reservation, you should all be good to go. You can call DME and ask for addtl tags to be sent out. There is no need to give everyone's flight info for arrivals. But, it is imperative to give them all the correct departure flight info...that's how DME will know when to pick everyone up for their return to MCO.

3.No, you can all go as you arrive. If you wanted to wait for everyone to get there, you could grab a bite to eat to kill time. Then, you could meet up in the lounge area across from the DME counter. But, if each group arrives and wants to get moving, they can do that as well. The one thing that you should do though.....you will get the info packet for everyone..I'm assuming you are all on the same reservation at the resort. So...you will have to send out everyone's tags and travel vouchers. They don't 'have' to have those vouchers, but it does make life simpler when they check in at the counter. Or you can hold onto them if people are going to be meeting up at the airport.

4. As for the person arriving a day later...no problem. My dh does this routinely. As long as she is on the resort reservation, she's good to go. In fact....my dd's and I arrive on Aug 14, but we're at the Dolphin. My dh arrives on the 16th, the day we move to BWV. We are all listed on the DME reservation, but he's the only one who will be using it...either way. He actually is leaving 3 days before we are...we expect no issues with his travel via DME.

Any other questions? Just ask away.

Just remember that DME doesn't handle luggage for flights after 10pm. If you have a late flight you must claim your own luggage and take it to the busses with you. Don't put the ME tags on your luggage if you are arriving after 10pm. We are arriving at 8:45pm in Nov. and have decided to pick up our own luggage and take it to the bus ourselves.

No.
No no no no no no no no no.
No.
Disney cannot transport walk-up customers via Magical Express.
The absolute minimum notice required is either 48 or 72 hours. The further out before arrival you make your reservation, the likelier it is that Disney will be able to get you your documentation in time.
