Magical Express Question

I have a group arriving in December, and we'll be staying in a Grand Villa at Old Key West with DVC points. Most likely, the group will be arriving at different times as we are all from different parts of the Country. Can we make multiple reservations for Magical Express based on our arrival times? Or do we need to coordinate our arrival time and wait for each other before we can take Magical Express? Thanks in advance!

As far as I know you sure can make reservations with different arrival times at MCO. I'm doing this for our September 2005 trip. I'm arriving on a 12:01p.m. flight and my wife is arriving on a 5:15p.m. flight. We made our DME reservations with no problem. A couple is far from a small, or large, group, but I would think the same woudl apply.

As long as each member of your group is a named, registered guest at a WDW resort, and as long as DME has everyone's specific arrival flight info, everyone can use DME. DME doesn't care whether you travel all together or all separately.

We are in a similar situation (big group/diff. flights) and have booked some of our flights but not all. Yesterday i decided to try reserving Magical Express online for those folks whose flight info I knew. Piece of cake! Go to www.disneymagicalexpress.com and follow the prompts to keep adding add'l.. members of your party! Now we just have to wait and see if the luggage tags really show up!
