Pick up is 3 hours prior to your flight, but I think it is suggested you arrive at DME pick up at least 15 minutes prior to that time, so 3:15 in your case.

Actually, the pick-up time could be anywhere between 2 hours 45 minutes and 3 hours 15 minutes before flight time. Plus, the pick-up time is when the bus leaves, not when it gets there. Also, if you left any luggage with bell services (even if you're taking advantage of RAC, you might have carry-ons there, especially if you wanted to get one last day at a park), you would need time to pick that up. I would say be back at your resort no less than 30 minutes before your pick-up time.

Note that to be reasonably assured of being back (at your resort) at such and such a time you need to shoot to be back somewhat sooner.

Shoot to be back ca. 2:15.

Personally, I would get back 30 minutes before my pickup time. As mentioned, the pickup time will be between 2:45 and 3:15 before your flight.

Assuming a 6:30 departure you will be assigned a time between 3:15 & 3:45. You are supposed to be at the ME spot 15 minutes before your time.

I would allow an hour to get from park to resort.

You will get a packet on your door the day before you are scheduled to leave with your pick up time. Please note that you should be a the pock up location 15 minutes before the actual pick up time.

Also, the pick up location is the spot where you got off ME on your arrival day. It is not the same location as the buses that take you to the park.

I usually plan to get back to my resort 1 hour before my DME pickup time. I like to get a snack to put in my bag for the plane, and buy a going-away present for myself at the gift shop.

For my October trip, my departing flight is 8:15PM. My DME pickup time will be sometime between 5:00PM and 5:30PM, so I'm going to leave Epcot around 3:15-3:30PM with the goal of getting back to Pop around 4:00PM.
